The TCS office in rawat Islamabad is claiming that our location (main bazar rawat, street 2 sector C) is out of range for them and they are having problem to deliver our orders at our home. Although our location is in main bazar. We ordered something from daraz a few days ago and then we cancelled it because of our personal reasons and then we ordered something else.they just called us that your order has arrived and you can come and take it . How can we just go to TCS for receiving our order ? They should have come to us ! So after some minutes of conservations with my father they agreed to deliver it to us. They came and we payed them. When we opened the order, it was the order that we cancelled we didn’t knew that it was that old order. And the other order that I placed is still at TCS office and they are not delivering it to us. Today we went to TCS office for returning that old order they showed us a very rude behavior and almost he was close to fight with us. He said that they will never deliver any order placed by us and will never deliver something at our home. Is he the owner of the whole office? Or what ? How can he just behaves with us like that! His behavior was seriously so bad that I can’t explain. It was all that I wanted to complain about and I truly hope that you will take a serious action about this.
