am totally disappointed and
I am totally disappointed and grieved because of attitude and response of TCS sentiment service. I booked my order no 91002536088 through online booking on 6th Jan 2023. i requested to deliver the pack on 9th Jan 23 as it was birth date of my wife. TCS failed to deliver the pack till today (10th Jan). when contacted no one satisfied me and failed to understand my grief and tension. I kept on calling and requesting customer care service to look into the delay and expedite but they were just not concerned at all. this attitude is really ridiculous. I don’t know what to do and the only option left with me is to contact court.
