Finmore loan app / Send loan request without approval and insane interest rate almost double to lending amount

I recently installed this app called finmore as they were claiming upto 50k and low interest rate
But what they did sent loan request of 2970 for 7 days with insane interest rate
I have to return 5165 in 7 days
I contact on their helpline and ask them to cancel the loan but they refuse to cancel as they are just virtual assistant and they can only provide loan details
I ask them contact number of anyone from their management but they refuse to provide any details and just give me website address

But there was no proper details on their website no contact number just email address
I also sent them email but no response
They transferred 2970 in my easypaisa account in evening in which amount was transferred from some walee technology details mentioned below

You have Received Rs.2,970.00 from WALEE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, Bank JSB in your Easypaisa Account No. 03116798099 . Balance is Rs. 3,998.47. Trx ID 19832345485.

Kindly take action against these scammers as they are sending loan request with insane interest rate and without user acknowledgment and no proper staff to resolve customer issue
