I booked or bought a clothes for my family on 29 Dec from day 1 I’m tracking my ID it’s showing In Karachi and in transit today it’s 2 February but it’s still showing in transit and In Karachi what should i do? I didn’t believe that tcs provided such a cheap service. Alas. I’m continuously trying to call my city tcs office but they’re not picking the call don’t know why? Even they’re busy sometimes with someone but didn’t pick mine. Why ? Look at the proof which i attached you can see I’m continuously trying to ask them about my parcel but not responding.unfortunately i had a very bad experience with known company of pak tcs.

How to file a complaint against TCS?
* Go to page
* Write TCS in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from TCS.
You need to work on your commitments. Very poor service
