It is to inform you that, being a loyal customer of TCS from past long time, today here with heavy heart I am complaining and sharing my experience of 3rd class delivery service and lowering standards of TCS. The main purpose and reason of this complain is that Im facing unprofessional behaviour and inconvinence from the staff that they dont deliver my order at door step as I live near GT road but still TCS Dina staff is not co-operating with their client like me. Im facing trouble while experiencing TCS now days. Please look into this matter and sort out this ASAP. As my order is still pending to deliver and I face this everytime, Im Physical unfit to move independtly.
Please try to understand my experience and assist me accordingly, the only reason Im here is just to Improve and maintain the Standards of my fav Carrier Service.
