A parcel was booked of cash on delivery on the date of 19 december 2022 from Depal pur to Hyderabad for which reference number was issued 776288507076 as it was recieved from the hyderabad head office the parcel having address of qasimabad hyderabad was sent to jamshoro society phase 1. The said parcel was carried by delivery boy having mobile number 03163100575 after reaching no where called the consumer and asked about where abouts of his house. On the information that it was manager’s mistake to divert the parcel of hyderabad to jamshoro. He circulated wrong message to the centre.
Dear Customer, TCS courier visited you today for delivery with CN: 776288507076 , For re-attempt or queries, please contact TCS – HYDERABAD or Dial 111123456
While as no visit was paid to customer house.
This was a deliberate delay. Which caused inconvenience.
