I booked a ride from Johar to DHA. I booked Careem Mini Wagon R fare of 636. But when arrived it was City car. The driver said my car is automatically shifted to Premium Car. and demanded fare of 2200 on arrival. I asked him to drop me bavck after 2mins and still he forfully charged me 500. When i came home i looked at the app the fare was 0. and my ride was cancelled.
It is a high level fraud commited by driver and its a big saftey concern.
I see here that similar fraud is also done with other riders.
