Today i have visited TCS collection center (58-D/1 Sir Syed rd, Block D1 Gulberg III, Lahore.
to return a Daraz parcel (Mobile cover).
On my turn, i have asked the counter girl the procedure to send back that product to claim return.
She rydly told me to put tracking ID number on the parcel and gave me a marker. then she rudly instruct me to tape the product.
after that she has put the tracking number in system and gave me a slip/ receipt. and then instructed me to put that slip on the parcel.
I have asked her, i think its your duty to do these things like pasting slips on the parcel.
She rudly replied that its because you are a Daraz customer and returing the products its your duty not mine.
She starts arguing and move to other customer to deal her.
Upon my inquiry about her manager or any other staff against whom i shall complaint about her misbehave. But no one was there.
This is very unethical and poor service and response by a counter girl. that discremenation was being followed at that TCS center for Daraz Customers and especially return cases.
i cannot bear this insult and discremination faced at TCS center.

Moreover i have observed that she has put wrong mobile number of mine on the receipt.
I have doubt that this shall never reach the destination. or lost as no one shall contact the customer upon any issue.
