Dear Team,
I am professional Telecom employee of Huawei. I am facing 4G services issue in my area on both 4G Jazz device and 4G data also. From last 2 days issue getting severe. Very poor 4G service not in busy hour but facing issue whole day.
Jazz Site installed 2 years ago in my area ,services are good till now. But suddenly from past 2 days I am facing issue.
Kindly arrange some team for drive test and antenna positioning for better coverage in my area. If there is any other issue please check on urgent basis and resolve.
