ordered through the Maf Carrefour app on 23rd October 2022. I paid an amount online of PKR 1,249. Order # 29737544270677. Later, the order was canceled and I received an email that the amount will be refunded. But I have not received the amount yet. I have called on the given number 0800-49737 many times but no answer.
Kindly look into the matter and contact me back.
