It is to inform your good office that I nadeem ahmad today went to your authorized dealer
( Suzuki MARDAN MOTOTS ) ,to check my vehicle 5 thousend free chick up, when I reached
(1 ) A person (introducing himself as service ,repare area manger ) asked me to describe the problam
I told him that just chickup needed with one door lock problam(noise ,tak tak) also diggi lock problam,
The manager sb after a while told me that door problam is of danter work , and today is his marrige so for he is not aveliabel.
I requested him that backup staff will be aveliabel just chik from him but he refused in the talking spare part depott manager came to me and told me brother Friday is his holiday and danter mechanic not working for Friday. In the talking I told him that just I m one day leave from office and please do my work that I will not aveliabel other day becaue I just take one day leave from officeto do chickup of my vehicle but iwas in vain,

The behaviour of service area manger was unexcepteabele in talking he was treating like a police officer . during conversation I told him that If danter is not aveliabel I m not doing the other work please forget me , on saying forget words they were laughing on me and teasing me that in just two mint talking you changed your religion,is sir this a matter whether I m muslim are from other religion,
(2) it is also to convay your office that when I brought the vehicle for 1000 chikup the fuel cap was missing from the vehicle I told these people that chick in the area but they told me that there is not aveliabel ( when I was refuling the vehicle I self closed the fuel cap )after 20 mints the fuel cap was missing in the showroom ,
Sir question need to inquired
1 behaviour of service area manager and staff with also spare parts depott
2 If today is a danter marrige there need to be backup staff for convenience
3 if they are lieying that Friday is dater holiday then in lieying thay need to clerify
Because I traveled from 198 km double side
4 thivesness of staff
5 how in a bussines area they are talking on my religion

Today I Re visted for service of the vehical
Today I identied the personal which laughing and teasing me his name (Mr SALEEM).
I also visted the danting and painting areawhere 5 emplyes were busy in the work, if there are 5 men and there was merriage of one employee yesterday how the 4 other were not aveliabel yesterday,
The answer is simple they are telling lies to customer and not satisfying him as this done with me yesterday
But today they were also lieying that the wheel balancing machine is out of order with also the kammani worker is not aveliabel
Sir I have just two questions
If the company provide a facility of 2 free services ,
How I say that I utilized my free service facilty if no wheel balncer machine ( machenic) and the KAMMANI worker are aveliabel( be rember just fuel change and filter changing is not overall service this can be done in just 150 rupies in the market
1 whether I utilzed the free servie or wasted the facilty
2 this is free service here are just selling his mobile oil and filter
