Dear Sir.
I have received the Gas bill for month DEC-2016 With PUG Gas Charges Rs.275 along with PUG Gst Rs.47. My Consumer No. is 3789801000. Then again in JAN-2017, I have received the bill with same charges. Although I’m a STAR Customer in SSGC with no outstanding liability upto NOV-2016 & my SSGC meter is working properly so far then why these charges have been levied in DEC-2016 and JAN-2017 bill? Is this a permanenet thing now to charge consumers more than double?
It is requested to your goodself to please waive these illegal PUG Gas charges & refund these on immediate basis.

Dear Sir,
I have received the Gas bill for the month of July-2019 With PUG Gas-Charges Rs.9536 Along with PUG GST Rs.1621, My Customer No. 4512811000 with Meter No. A5771296,
I Don’t Know why charged huge amount because my home usage is very low, and my salary is just 10,000, please may i request to you kindly revert back this PUG charges because i can’t paid this amount
