Dears
I am compelled by PTCL representatives of my locality Hayat abad Peshawar to complaint here . they always neglect to do their duties when we complaint .
Kindly we need that the issue be solved at earlier response . I have complained about my phone line where is no dail tone two weeks before but the local representative do not take interest to solve my issue . when i registered complaint in 1218 and they forward my complaint to local representatives they inform 1218 that they hav solved my issue they tell a lie while my issue is pending . when the 1218 contact me i tell them my issue still pending and this game of sea saw is continues from two weeks . whta the hell is going on with these local representative . why they are doing such i am surprised and also mad what to do . now i am here to complaint if my issue will be not solved may be i hav to take some legal steps but i hope my issue will be solved at this place
