NON RECEIPT OF BILLING
I am a regular bill payment customer unfortunately the bill for the month of Novmber 2016was not receiveed till to date not me alone but many other residents of of Gulshan E Maymar Sector U2.
Who is responsible for this non distribution of the bills?I will not pay the late payments charges therefore kindly rectify the billing and remove the late payment surcharge before sending the billing for December 2016.
Please also ensure that billing should not reflect shart payment in future billing
