A shipment was booked in my name from Bahawalnagar vide Consignment No. BR590292689 on 29-09-2022 for delivery at Multan. The distance of cities is merely 200 Km. The delivery was due over night on 30-09-2022. While it was getting late, I also made a call on UAN number 021-111-300-786 of the company making request to deliver as it was important for me very much, but the response was too poor and offensive. I was also provided with a complaint number. All this effort proved of no work and on 02-10-2022 while i am filling this complaint, it is yet not delivered. A booking for overnight delivery has taken 4 days and it is still pending.
The Leopard Courier Services is among the costliest courier service in Pakistan and charges heavily.
the documents in shipment were of very important nature for me which were due to be signed for my promotion by an officer who is travelling abroad today. it has cost me my promotion due to the poor service of Leopard courier services. Please look into the matte and my grievances may be redressed.
