It is requested that we the residents of Mohallah Zammarud Kan are facing utmost difficulties regarding the PTCL Landline connections.All the DP”s in this area are dead and furthermore, the cables have been worn out due to excessive usage.when it rains the phones become dead.Noise,frequent disconnections and sometimes crossing I.e hearing the noises of other telephones connections are the order of the day.we have complained so many times to the high authorities but it has not borne any fruit.
Dear sir, some people who knows the logic of telecommunications suggest that these wires should be sorted if the specified place is dug out.It this is the remedy so it should be accomplished without losing further time.we don”t know where the fault lies but we do know that our DSL and Smart TVis not functioning well due to the misconduct of PTCL Landlines.
Lastly we are optimistic that our problem should be solved within the minimum possible time and allow us to enjoy the beauties of High Speed Internet and PTCL SMart TV.
