UBL Bank did’t response to my Account issue. Multiple times i submitted my request to open my account but there is no response from their side. I am very disappointed from UBL Bank services. I refer to all peoples please do not open your account in such bank. Please take your action immediately. Thanks

* Get refund / replacement / damages from UBL Bank.
I’m really disappoint I’m keep calling from Uae I wast a lot of money to call customer care there is agent name Hilal he drop my call on face
Really unprofessional person he don’t deserve to be in ubl the way he treat me means he is don’t have manners he should sell vegetables in Mandy not to be agent in ubl
I’m also banker here in Uae but I never seen a worst service like I got from Hilal
In my 2nd call to ubl customer care I speak with Mr Usama
Good manners very professional knowledgable
He guid me A to Z give me all information I really appreciated Mr Usama
