Dear Sir,
I am customer of PTCL for more than 30 years. My no is 051-4940188. I temporarily suspended my broadband in July 2nd week since I was going out of city for two months. Service was immediately closed.
In Late August, when I received the bill (which supposed to be received in th beginning of the month but system is not good) it was noticed that monthly broadband charges are included in the bill whereas, I did not use services after 10th of July. When I called 1236, they told me that you were supposed to give back modem at the time of suspension of services which I didn’t because I was not told at the time. It was a news for me. It means I will have to pay for July and Aug broadband bill for the services which I never availed just because of insufficient information provide by PTCL.
On 24th of August I called 1236 and requested to resume my broadband services. Unfortunately there are most non professional and non technical persons sitting in service centers every time I called then they took my case just an ordinary case and have been putting me off saying that your complaint has been registered technical person will visit you in next 24 hours. I launched my 1st complain on 23 / 24 August (com No is 22) and after that I am calling every day but I’m not assisted just a typical put off is given to me that “our technical person will visit you soon”….
This is getting on my nerves now.
Should I go for a legal notice?
or should I put my two wires coming in telephone in to 220 volts?
or
I completely closed down my land line broadband(which is already disconnected)
or
I will be assisted?
My point is, why should I pay for two months and onwards, whereas, I did not utilized services.?
Please help me.
