Dear Sir, my telephone is out of order for almost one week.I lodged a complaint(complaint no 89) but nothing has been done so far.I have a seen very drastic change in the attitude of PTCL.Previously there used be be some response but now no body bothers.The services instead of improving has gone worse.What has happened to PTCL? PTCL is very efficient in sending bills,at times wrongly billed.God bless PTCL.Regards
