Assalam o alaikum
I’ve purchased a dress of motifs and it was dispatched from Lahore. It arrived at mandi bahauddin office on 22 August. But they delay delivery of parcel to malakwal. I approach them in mandi bahauddin office but they lied that parcel has reached in malakwal. I reach at TCS office malakwal and parcel was not there. They misguid me, as in tracking record all this is clear that parcel is still in mandi bahauddin. It was a horrible experience for me.
