My relative send me an important educational documents, which I need in very urgency, but as we know and heard about the courier fraud they did same with me. they did not delivered it, did not call me and they marked as delivery failed and later returned it back to sender so that he can resend and paid double to TCS. meanwhile In time I called to delivery boy which number I got from my sender. he assured me that he would rearrange the delivery on 23rd of august but he just tricked me. I raised the complaint against this in TCS they provided me with ticket number for re arranging the delivery but they tricked me as well. All I got and studied this is not me this is everyone now a days facing the same issue. and I want to escalate it so that this kind of fraudulent activity reached to its end.
