This parcel from Standard Chartered bank was due to reach me on 22nd Aug at 5pm as per info given to me on tracking by TCS team..
I never got it and neither did i get any info and only when i called, i was told that the parcel was returned as consignee was not available at the given address.. but this is not true because i was very much present there..
and further, why was I not contacted on my phone number before the parcel was sent back? I got a complaint registered on phone in this regard as per # given above but i still have no info about my parcel? This was an urgent parcel i needed from SCB and i need delivery ASAP please.. Kindly advise status…Very disappointed with TCS services – Till today, i have not been advised who came to the location for delivery and who advised him regarding my not being available ? I need to know for future too and i do need the parcel on urgent basis.
