Dear Sirs,
The illegal installation of mobile BTS Tower of Zong Pakistan location no. 1823 on rooftop of flat no.405, Jable Rehmat Tower is creating problems for me and my family. I have lodged my complaints to Zong Mobile Company Headquarter in Islamabad. I am in their contact since 29th July,2022 via phone calls and emails but there is no any response from Zong.
Despite my several reminders there is no any response because due to torrential rain in Karachi heavy amount of water is standing on my rooftop and day to day it is becoming dangerous for us because there is load bearing issue of the tower. There is heavy leakages of water through ceilings and walls of all rooms. The rooftop with BTS tower may be fallen any time.
Under the above circumstances I need to request Zong Pakistan and the concerned authorities to pass an order to remove the above tower from my flat rooftop to save our lives and properties.
