I order a pair of shoe on 1 August 2022 Delivery time was of 3to5 days after given time my parcel was not delivered to me I contacted the company representator she misguide me that my parcel will deliver me after one day I agreed and wait but again on the day of delivery I do not get my parcel again I contact them then they intimate me that my parcel had been returned due to address mismatch which is not true they confirmed the address twice
