Your employees are not picking up the phone even during working hours as it is powered off and they are not delivering the product otherwise previously they were delivering.The Tcs staff said they have no delivery biker available so that they’ll send the parcel to TCS mardan nd would wrote over it that send it to the desired address but till now it had been 4 days that the parcel is at tcs office and not being delivered due negligence.
