Dear Sir,
I am maintaining Bank a/c with hmb chandni chowk branch, Rawalpindi.
I have dealt with many banks for the lasts 30 yaers and mainiting a/c with few othes banks but I am very disappointed about the unprofessional response and approach of the Bank staff. I have personally visited the said branch including its operation manager for the more than half dozen times in last one month and once I have the previldge to meet with the Baranch Manager and conveyed him my reservatios as well. I submitted a written compliant to them but no response. there is no online complaint system on Bank website. i am speachless about this Bank and its staff. where should I go.? I am maintaining handsome balance with HMB

Sir , I m having my account in Habib metropolitan university road branch.
Today I have deposited a cheque which I have taken from my friend to pay bills…
For this I came all the way from saddar and taken same bank cheque to get the transaction from my account and could pay bill……
I deposited cheque and request the concerned to get online but it all invains as branch manager SB who is always found idle in his office room…..
I went to concern, he asked me there is some signature difference in cheque we are sending verification as directed by manager SB to him….
I then went to manager SB for request but he was busy on call , listen to me and said we will deal it after verification and treated me as walk in customer….
I then left the bank and was wondering how the manager SB treated me….
