Respected Sir,
I am a ptcl customer. My ptcl No. is 0533705138. I have serious problems related to ptcl broadband service. I am a user of 2mb package but even not for a single minute i got full 2mb broad band service. I have attached some screen shots that reveals the performance of the company.
I have complained to related office repeatedly for frequent disconnection / deadly poor service of the company through complaint Nos. 77 dt 29/11/16, 78 dt 08/12/16, 59 dt 21/12/16, 06 dt 30/12/16. and 97 dt 3/1/16
But nothing has been done yet. Even none of the ptcl representative attended the premises to inquire about the problem.
after one day of registration of my complaint the message from ptcl arrives, informing me that my complaint has been closed and nothing else.
