I loaded 500 plus balance for a package then without subscribing i fell asleep when i woke up almost 70 rupees of mine was gone i called telenor Pakistan to sought out what’s going on. The company representative responded that a gaming facility is active on your number. I asked her how activated the service because i didn’t. She replied, you use internet different screes pop up when you click on them this service is activated. I tried to convince her i didn’t but all efforts went in vain. I disconnected the call after a while a friend of mine called me and i told him that my balance kept on decreasing he told me activate a offer or share the balance the balance other wise it would be the same. He told me the same thing that the telenor representative responded. I shared the balance then. I went through a website that’s saying you can file a complain, i read many and many people complaining the same issue. So i decided to file again the company so they may stop this injustice.
