I have send a delivery from TCS office Gulraiz rawalpindi & staff having employee id(90905) charged 1050 rupees (PFA) From me. But one of my friend send same delivery from TCS Office Gulraiz islamabad & from there staff charges (640)rupee (PFA).When i ask about the matter with Gulraiz TCS staff having Employee code(90905) he have nothing to explain & start misbehaving with me. When i said that i will complain about this he easily said that yes you do whatever you want. how this happens one company & a very big difference in charges of same pakage.
I am very disappointed after seeing this type behaviour from a well organized organization.
