Hello…
I have purchased a bus ticket on 19-11-2021 from my easypaisa account
My departure was on 21-11-2021 from DIK to RWP.
But the bus was canceled. So, I want to pay back my payment.
I HAVE TALKED TO REPRESENTATIVE, THEY SAID PAYMENT HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IN MY ACCOUNT.
Representative always tell me to email my details. I have mailed them almost 10 times but no response.
