When buying our bus tickets from Islamabad to Karachi, we were told be the agent the we will have reclining and vip seats. When we went to the bus station the bus was a old bus and the seats were the worst I have seen.
We were then promised that they would upgrade the bus, the second bus was the same.
Our trip was the worst ever and the food was substandard.
