Desired outcome: We need plot or our money back
Asalamualikum.
We have purchased Plot in Eden residencia its about more then 10 years (plan of 5 years instalment). But in that time we didnt get anything even after full payment of 22 lack
After 7 to 8 years they called us and ask to give 10lakh to get land in eden abad within one week, but we were not able to arrange 10 lakh within week. We went there after 3 weeks with payment and they ask us that plots are finished we are sorry we will tell you when we have some plot to give.
Same like previous they call us after one year and ask to give 14 lack within week other wise we will not be able to give you plot, So after giving 14 lakh they give us possession. Total amount we have spend like (36 lakh) but we have nothing, Please help us
