KFC rawalpindi zarkoon plaza is the worst all I ever visited, hygiene is I think an alien word for this branch , specially the first floor is such a disgust that it is not less than a challenge to sit and eat there.
i took a deal worth 1395/ and the cashier didn’t bother to return 5 rupees upon asking he sarcastically smiled and told h colleague that return 5 rupees the guy dying for that, then he returned 10 rupees saying that I don’t have change of 5 rupees . It was embarrassing for me but on the same note not expected as well.
Are you professionals if yes then look into it and teach your staff to behave with your customers. check recording of 27th August time 1900hrs, KFC zarkoon plaza branch Rawalpindi

Kfc Sargodha is like that too
Not a good place
Service quality is poor
Taste is very bad and chicken served is not fresh
All environment is full of oil smell
