Hereby stated that tcs office in swat is like 7 to km away from my place where I am staying . I have been called that collect your item from the office . My point is why tcs accept shipment if they can’t deliver it and it’s mostly for every one here kindly relocate your tcs office or stop providing service if they can’t deliver what had been promised . This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable from the swat tcs either you deliver or don’t accept . My shipment has been there for four days by now and no one willing to pick up the call this is how you handle your customers .it’s not the first time they agree like this . If such things happen again I will post this text on major sites so that next time no body suffers because of your poor delivery service .
