Aoa, I booked a parcel on leopard courier service from Gilgit to an address in Karachi. On 4th April I received a message from them that courier has been delivered but the intended recipent never received it. Courier helpline kept assuring that parcel will be tracked soon and I shall be intimated.However they never bothered to call back and later told me that parcel has been lost by the company. A claim worth 10300 Rs was forwarded by the company representative at Gilgit but now company says it will take 45 days and will only refund 2500 Rs. This is a clear proof of apathy and incompetence on part of leopard courier. Further more customer service representative are not sharing contact of responsible person at appropriate level to be contacted for amicable resolution of issue and provision of rightful compensation to aggrieved customer.
