My Name is Saifullah. This my easypaisa account number 0315-9874012 Respected Sir, I have made a transfer of Rs. 9991 to Faysal Bank Account No. 0411006000008121 Named Tufail Muhammad transaction on 05-04-2022.
This is a Transaction Id. 15878625328.
I have already registered complaint #3217467 but the easypaisa customer care service replay that the transaction already been made and the required amount has been sent to the receiver.
Now the problems are
(1) The bank has not received the required amount from EasyPaisa, But the EasyPaisa Officials are saying that they have sent the required amount .
I Lodged Today another complaint with the Number 3283991 in EasyPaisa again …..
So my request is to Either transfer the required amount to the Reciever or Revert back the The Transaction I have made
