I would like to file a complaint against Telenor. I have been observing my balance getting deducted from my account for reasons that I was previously unaware of. Every time I recharged my account, my account would get charged, and at the end I had to top up my account again in order to subscribe to the package that I wanted. It has been happening for really long now. Whenever I went to check the balance usage, it was not reflecting in there inside the app. I just checked subscriptions and found out they had activated UGZ weekly subscription on my account. I don’t even remember how long they have been stealing my balance from me. Please take strict action against them and get me refunded the amount they have been stealing for months. They were charging Rs. 25/week on my number 0347-6660886.

I am a telenor user since decades, I noticed that the Telenor has activated an UGZ subscription on my account without my permission which i were unawared of, The subscription charges was RS 30/- per week. I want the authorities to take a notice for this injustice against the customers and i demand all my balance refunded to my account that has been cut off my account for so long

Shame on you Telenor . I have 3 Sim’s I am old costumer since 2005 . but you always cheat me and other innocent costumers .now UGZ offer is your new weapon for us
Telenir is deducting this money from my sim for many months , i was a bit busy and didn’t notice it earlier but today when i checked then i realised that telenor is robbing 30 pkr/ week for UGZ subscription which i never subscribed. There are no consumer rights in our country against a big telecom robber Telenor that they are charging without consent of consumer !
