i bought a LCD 42″ From daraz,
after 10 days they deliver only LED TV without Wall mount, Base & warranty Card,
I did complain about this missing items but Daraz Phone Re presenter always say keep calm and wait from response from daraz. 1 month already has been passed on this complain but still Daraz people sleeping and just earning by selling products with out customer support.
if they will not keep customer care so very soon they will out form Online Market.
it was very bad experience of my with Daraz online.
i suggest people to don’t buy online from Daraz because they are not caring customers.
