I Syed Fahad Ali Account holder of HBL Club Road Br. Karachi. My relation for this Branch is last 3 year. Branch Code 0043. Account No. 00437900451203. I have submitted a cheaque book request for new cheaque book. Today when I went to the branch to receive my cheaque book they said my cheaque book has been destroyed but the issue is this they don’t inform me before destroyed my cheaque book & first thing in the month of October I went branch for a Bank statement & other Docs & I asked the cheaque book they said me that not made it yet. In this whole scenario branch staff didn’t cooperate with me. I need it urgently my cheaque book.
Do immediate action & response me. Waiting for ur positive response.
