Hi, TCS care taker.
I despatched very important document from Dubai against Tracking / Consignment # 295584671 on 9th March with a commitment from TCS representative that it must be delivered on 11th March. When it was not delivered even on 12th March, I checked the delivery it was showing that the Office (delivery address) was closed. No one called on the given mobile numbers and it caused delays by 3 days (from agreed committed date).
I paid AED 75/- for delivery in Capital City of Pakistan but TCS did not even bothered to call (Which may not be costing even PKR 1/-)
The Delay because TCS negligence has costed me heavily if you want to now I can give the value as well.
I would say it is just unprofessional handling at the end of TCS.
Can anyone responsible for timely delivery and quality assurance, tell me the reason?

I expecting disciplinary action taken to avoid such mishandling in future. So that TCS customers could trust on services TCS is offering.
