This is Hunain Saleh Muhammad & I am a user of Ready Line Card of Silk Bank. First i commit to the recovery department that, i will pay the amount of 3,200/= which is my current bill till 22 Feb, 2022, but due to some financial shortage i could not able to pay then I requested to Recovery Department that this month i cant pay 3,200 bill of ready line i will it next month after generation of new bill, but recovery department threatening me that pay the payment of 100k which is wrong, amount is 77k then he said i am sending the officer pay him 100k right away or else we will come with complete team shout at your door when we abuse then you will know who we are and you are allowed to do complain any where in Pakistan nobody can do anything.
i want to know is that right way to talk to any person even he is requesting and the SBP & Govt. of Pakistan Allowed them to do this kind of behaviour with anyone.
