I just want to share a complaint against the Silk bank and their helpline team.
I applied for master card (Silk Bank) a month ago. that hasn’t been delivered to me yet, and I am continuously calling the helpline for the last 1 week for its followup but all the call representative replied me that we can’t update you because our link are down or our system are not working kindly call us after 10 mint, due to this misrepresentation my mobile balance was also lost. Yesterday I got a message from the bank that annual fee bill is generated, i was shocked to read message that how my bill can be generated even when i didn’t get the card and when i called again today to helpline and asked to the representative that I haven’t received my card yet so how is the bill generated? then I got further reply that its Bank policy. you have to submit this Fee.

My only question to the Bank management that until I get the card, how can I pay the bill?

* Write Silk Bank Credit Card in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Silk Bank Credit Card.
