My mobilink internet device is not working. Number is 03030613584. I did not use it for over a year. Now I have recharged Rs. 2,000. Activated North LBC (70GB @ Rs. 1500 for one month). Request was accepted and the amount was deducted (shown on portal). However, internet still not working (showing out of balance). It worked for 2 minutes this morning and then the same issue started. Kindly assist.
Device was purchased from Karachi and now it is in Islamabad.
