I received my ATM Card + Activation PIN Cose on my mobile. Unfortunately, meanwhile I lost my mobile. The SIM was blocked immediately. Now new SIM obtained with same number.

I called HBL helpline from my office (Foreign Mission – Islamabad) to get a new message of my PIN code. The lady on line confirmed everything i.e. my mother’s name, my mobile number, my CNIC number but later said you should call from your own mobile number. I totally disagree with this. Last night I call from my mobile number but your system put me on hold for such a long time that my balance went OFF.

If there is any one from HBL is ready to help their client then he should contact me on phone and ask me all further details which you want, otherwise I would prefer to reject HBL ATM Card and transfer my account with some other bank.
