Sir, with great sorrow it is submitted that I was booked my shipment from Hasilpur for Takht-e-Nasrati District Karak KPK on 31 Dec 2021 but the same has not been received on receiving addressee. So please info me about the time of delivery of my shipment otherwise return the same along with my fee. Thanks
