Dear Sir/mam,
We have no internet speed even we promoted our package limited to unlimited. now we call to complaint center they submitted our complains but nobody has been ask to rectify our problem. even here in our lodhran exchange staff lots of times we try to contact them but they drop the call or As per him giving the appointment they did not come to fix this issue. they are irresponsible here in lodhran exchange they dont know how to respond the costumers. or they are fixing those problem which have a known able references. We pay lot of money for our internet connection and no output. so what is the benefit for us. kindly sort out our problems.
