Sir,
I send 1 parcel from Saudi Arabia Riyadh city to Pakistan Lahore, on 30th November 2021, through SAMSA, 5th December 2021 I received call from SAMSA that consignee is not attending the call, as per TCS Lahore, whereas it was Sunday. How TCS courier can call on Sunday as it’s weekend. On 6th December, consignee approach the TCS Lahore office on Davis Road. and the highly efficient staff told consignee that we are not working with SAMSA, check with fedex Lahore. Then I contact here in Saudia SAMSA office & get TCS local tracking number, and send to consignee. Consignee again approach to TCS office personally 2nd time and show them the screen shots of tracking details and also provide them tracking number of TCS, then the person on reception said ohhh it’s with courier without any checking. The so efficient staff which doesn’t know if they are working with SAMSA or not now immediately knows that the parcel is with courier. then consignee insist to call the courier & confirm if parcel is with him or not then they ask the consignee to see some other person in the office. When the consignee approach that person the parcel was on his table. this how TCS efficiently working.
2nd thing SAMSA representative in Saudia got 1 person named Shan on conference call, he was telling me that courier can not locate the address if you see the attached receipt of SAMSA & check the address, if any person living in Lahore working as courier & he doesn’t know where is Shalamar Bagh, where is Pakistan mint where is Riaz Ahmed Road, then he should be kicked out with a gold medal.
They are just making trouble & nothing else. please look in to the matter & try to screw them to work like human beings. we pay not for this kind of services.
