I, Gohar Siraj, Deputy Assistant Director in Pakistan Cotton Standards Institute, H-18, SITE Karachi would like identify the person who has posted a fake letter using my name to defame/ blame to some of senior officers to day on 29-11-2021 through TCS (Tracking No.306034783206) to Mr. Sher Alam, Chowkidar as receiver. Due to this fake letter I may face disciplinary action by my organization.
You are requested to please investigate the matter and provide me sufficient evidence of CCTV footage of the culprit who dispatched this shipment using my name and repo of your organization. It will help me to clarify my position in office and save myself against any kind of disciplinary action against me.
You are requested to cooperate in the matter otherwise I may pursue to the Legal proceedings.
