Aoa. Sad to inform thay my shipment i.e degree attestation yesterday back to TCS office. I visit myself TCS office outside DHA phase 2. They given me TCS helpline number at 20:00hrs last night. I called the number and guy told me they will deliver it 26-11-2021 in first hour. Whole day passed no one contacted then l launched a complaint. They told me that someone wl contact u soon and we will make sure to deliver it today. Again I called and sane story repeated. Just a while ago I called third time now they telling me that shipment is in I.9 office yet. What’s wrong with u guys? If u can’t provide service to your customers or if u can’t deliver things in time. Kindly close TCS service and stop making fool to innocent public. I’m sorry to say this is my bad experience and incompetent people are working in TCS service who having false information.
