Sir,
Metro – Habib Cash & Carry a well known and most trustable purchasing point all over the Pakistan.
On 11-11-2016 we buy a product
218981 FLDBLE FISH TT TABLE ( Quantity : 1)
Having Sales Invoice No 0/0(015)0001/011131
Price 25,999
In this price they claim to deliver (Net and`2 Requets set) with the table in same price.
We received the order on 14-11-2016. In delivered product there was only the table . It was not according to that which they claimed.
After receiving we contact on this number 92418749100 they said that they forward our complain, contact to the manufacturer and refered us to (Falak Sb: 03338311572).
We contact to Falak Sb and met them by face on 15-11-2016 while we went to purchase T-T REQUET BTRFLY PROFX1

He said that he will solve this as soon as possible. Later on after 2 weeks wait we again contact to Mr Falak Sb he said that he will reply within 10 minutes. After that he dont bother to pick up the our phone. We dont which are those 10 minutes n which he will reply us.
We dn’t expect such a situation can be happend for purchasing products from mertro stores. Shall it be trustable for us to purchase from Metro Stores.
